Epson America had decided to relocate our corporate headquarters into approximately 135,000 square feet in the Los Angeles/Orange county area. Adams CM helped us in selecting a new location, negotiate and manage general contractor and work with a number of other vendors.   The project included a number of unique challenges as the selected location was a building approximately 40 years old.   The Adams CM team helped us negotiate through all of these challenges and allowed us to complete the move on time and under budget.
