- “Kim did a fantastic job overseeing all aspects of our tenant improvements. As the Finance Director assigned to build out an existing 31,000 square foot facility, I had very little expertise in this area. Kim was terrific in coming along side me and our internal team to ensure that the job was completed on time and within budget. What I especially appreciated was that she helped resolve the large and small issues and made sure those few details at the end of the project were taken care of. She’s very professional but also fun to work with. Thanks Kim!”MICHAEL A. PIERCECPA SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION ST. JUDE MEDICAL, INC
Where we saw the greatest value from the team was in their ability to identify items for value engineering, critical task tracking and most importantly the move management from one HQ to another. The attention to detail they provided on the move management allowed me to focus on keeping my customers happy during a time of transition vs sweating all the small details that are a necessity for a major move like this. I could not have been more happy with Kim and her team and would recommend them to anyone interested in corporate fit outs or large office moves.
RYAN HARRISSR. DIRECTOR, REAL ESTATE AND FACILITIES | ALORICAEpson America had decided to relocate our corporate headquarters into approximately 135,000 square feet in the Los Angeles/Orange county area. Adams CM helped us in selecting a new location, negotiate and manage general contractor and work with a number of other vendors. The project included a number of unique challenges as the selected location was a building approximately 40 years old. The Adams CM team helped us negotiate through all of these challenges and allowed us to complete the move on time and under budget.
We could not have done it without them!!!
RAND ROZARVice President, Logistics and Service | Epson America, Inc.- "We'd like to thank AdamsCM for helping us coordinate and manage the build-out of our new corporate headquarters. We very much appreciate your dedicated approach and expertise in helping us manage this project. The project was extremely complicated given the amount of technology included and the level of interaction between our design team, LPA and the many suppliers we were working with. As a result of your expertise and effective construction management process, the projects was delivered on time and within budget. We look forward to working with you again in the future and gladly recommend you to other potential clients."RUMI WALSHMANAGER, RE, FACILITIES & ADMINISTRATION | MAZDA NORTH AMERICA

- “Kim provided excellent project management skills in completing a very complex $1,750,000 build out for Vision Solutions at 15300 Barranca inIrvine, She was instrumental in the space planning phase which included the involvement of many engineers as a full blown data center was being constructed within Vision Solutions’ premises, the bid process, general contractor selection and managing the build out which included several change orders. She brought the project significantly under budget and as a result Vision Solutions was able to apply the savings towards move, cabling and furniture acquisition costs. Not only was Kim on top of every aspect of the project, she kept everyone informed in a very timely manner and managed to maintain a very harmonious environment amongst all the people involved through the various challenges that occurred during the project.”JACK E.
