Born a “kiwi” in beautiful New Zealand, Kim moved to California with her parents and younger sister where she has resided since the age of twelve. In 1997, Kim received her Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Upon receiving her degree, Kim move to the Silicon Valley where she work for a major Design-Build General Contracting firm. In 1999 Kim moved to Orange County where she has worked for Devcon Construction, LPA Architectural Firm, The Irvine Company Office Properties and now runs her own successful Construction Management company, Adams CM. Kim’s focus is on her clients business needs and she prides her work on the strong referral base she has developed over the years.
